Château Morritt, a 4-star condo hotel in Mont-Tremblant’s Old Village, is seeking a dynamic Group & Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, drive bookings, and create memorable guest experiences.
About Château Morritt
Château Morritt is part of the Morritt’s Group an international holiday resort company based in the Cayman Islands, we employ over 225 people. Château Morritt is a new 4* Boutique Condo Hotel located in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec Canada. The property features two buildings, Château Morritt comprising of 18 luxury condo suites,13 Auberge rooms and 4 recently renovated superior hotel rooms, offering guests a fully functional reception and newly opened restaurant. All installations and services are open all year round. Extensive expansion plans are currently being submitted for further phases during 2025 & 2026.
The Role
The Group & Sales Manager will lead comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, and oversee brand development. This position plays a critical role in ensuring consistent guest satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and achieve sales objectives.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels in line with Château Morritt’s standards.

Market Analysis: Research market trends and customer preferences to refine strategies.

Digital Marketing: Manage online campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.

Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with businesses, tourism organizations, and influencers to expand outreach.

Team Leadership: Provide training, coaching, and moral support to the reception team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Client Acquisition: Actively acquire new business and maintain existing accounts through prospecting and sales calls.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Event & Group Sales: Develop relationships with clients to secure transient and group bookings.

Public Relations: Represent the hotel in feeder markets through events and partnerships.
Daily Activities

Create and manage sales and marketing plans and budgets.

Collaborate with the General Manager and Revenue Manager on pricing strategies.

Lead account development, prospecting, and site inspections.

Ensure ROI-focused implementation of sales and marketing programs.

Generate regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).

Participate in internal and external business activities to grow market presence.
Competencies
-
Education: Degree in Hotel Administration or Business preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Skills:

Bilingual (French/English) with excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.

Ability to adapt to changing market needs and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Proficient in digital marketing and sales platforms.
