Salary: $22/hour (weekdays & weekends)

About Château Morritt

Château Morritt is part of the Morritt’s Group an international holiday resort company based in the Cayman Islands, we employ over 225 people. Château Morritt is a new 4* Boutique Condo Hotel located in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec Canada. The property features two buildings, Château Morritt comprising of 18 luxury condo suites,13 Auberge rooms and 4 recently renovated superior hotel rooms, offering guests a fully functional reception and newly opened restaurant. All installations and services are open all year round. Extensive expansion plans are currently being submitted for further phases during 2025 & 2026.

 

The Role

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding service and ensuring their stay starts and ends on a high note.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services:

    • Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.

    • Assist with guest inquiries, providing local recommendations and hotel information.

    • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

  • Reservations & Billing:

    • Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications via the Property Management System (PMS).

    • Process payments, prepare invoices, and balance accounts at the end of shifts.

  • Communication:

    • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.

    • Maintain clear and professional communication with team members.

  • Operational Duties:

    • Answer phone calls and emails in a polite and efficient manner.

    • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English(bilingualism required).

  • Proficiency with MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., PMS) is a plus.

  • Friendly, approachable, and able to handle guest concerns with professionalism.

  • Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
