Assistant Manager (Le Club Morritt – Mont-Tremblant) with Social Media and Administrative Skills
Location: Mont-Tremblant, QC – CANADA
Salary: $50,000 — $55,000
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant Manager to join the team at Le Club Morritt, the restaurant at Le Chateau Morritt.
This role requires a professional who is not only passionate about the hospitality industry but also has expertise in managing social media platforms and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, manage online presence, and handle essential administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Operations:

Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and events to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Support staff management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Maintain quality standards in service, food presentation, and hygiene compliance.
Administrative Tasks:

Manage reservations, event bookings, and client communications.

Oversee email correspondence and assist with payroll and financial documentation.

Support the Food & Beverage Manager in strategic planning and operational improvements.

Ensure all administrative duties are completed efficiently and accurately.

Participate in company meetings with the head office as required.
Social Media Management:

Create, curate, and post engaging content on Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to showcase our menu, events, and promotions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that increase brand visibility and engagement.

Monitor social media performance analytics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Respond promptly and professionally to online reviews, inquiries, and comments to enhance customer relations.
Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Skills:

Bilingual (French/English) with excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and creating compelling content.

Experience with social media performance tracking tools and analytics.

Excellent administrative and organizational abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
